Lead Paint AbatEment Worker Initial Training

This three-day training course trains workers how to abate lead-based paint hazards safely. This course follows the EPA Model Curriculum and includes extensive hands-on activities and demonstrations.

Topics covered: Background information on lead-based paint, identification, health effects, controlling hazards, setup and abatement methods, personal protection, exposure monitoring, disposal, and laws and regulations.

Respirator fit testing is available for an additional charge.
